May 3rd, 2016

Did not practice in the morning.

Had a massage in the afternoon. My back is a block, my trapezius is painful, my head does not turn on the right side, is blocked on the left side, I have pain everywhere on the posterior side of my body.

Practice mainly Sun Salutation and Pilates.

May 2nd, 2016

Went to sleep late. Wake up at 9.00 AM, practice at 10.00 AM until noon. Hurt my right shoulder blade by doing Shirshana, felt it during the practice but did not stop. Now slightly painful.

Practice was okay but sometimes my Chakrasana does not want to come. Do not understand why.

Start counting all Vinyasas and it helps me for the breathing, however I got lost in the Marychasana series and some of them had 26 vinyasas…. Do not know where the 4 extra came from.

Do not understand the 5 Vinyasas in Prasaritta Patdotanasana series. Need to work on it.

Evening practice : 5.00 PM to 6.00 PM. Mostly Sun Salutation and core centering. Work also on the hand stand.


May 1st, 2016 - Mysore, India

Wake up at 7.00 AM. Start practicing at 8.00 AM finished at 10.00 AM. Practice was okay.


Evening Practice: 5.00 PM to 6.00 PM. Mainly Suraya Namaskara A & B for which I believe are the foundation. Then back bending and hand stand. It was a good practice.

April 29th, 2016

Led practice, counted vinyasa. John Scott taught the closing series with Vinyasa (ideally chakrasana) after Urdhva Padmasana full Vinyasa then rolling back from halasana to matsyasana.

Once the closing series is done, full vinyasa to shirshasana without the head touching the floor.
Practice was about 3 hours, great time, really enjoying it. 

My body is physically stronger than 2 weeks ago. 

That is why I must GO ON.

Tomorrow is a new month; I took the decision to change my food habit. Less bread, more green and also less chocolate. Lately have been eating a lot of sugar and I have to admit that I gained weight. So let’s start a new diet.


End of Week 3 with John Scott

April 28th, 2016

It was a good practice.

Wake up at 4.30 am, start meditation at 5.00 am (still not good with meditation but getting better) then practice all vinyasa, full and half, all Chakrasana, back bend on my own using the wall. My body is stronger, no pain, more space.


Tomorrow is the last practice with John Scott. My challenge will start after it, will I be able to continue a regular practice, daily, every morning….. I realize that the best is to  wake up early.

Will see if I can hold on to it.

April 27th, 2016 - I am back!

Back to the Yoga Mat, one of the best practice ever.

Did all full vinyasa for each asana. Did my first Supta Kurmasana in full, with BOTH LEGS behind my head and feel so comfortable.

John told me to release my legs and I did not want to, I was fine, no pain, standing on my coccyx with both legs behind my head, hooking them from the ankles, I feel so good.

At one point I had to jump back… but hopefully tomorrow I will be able to redo it.


Can’t wait to go back on the mat.

My stamina is up, my body is not painful, I feel stronger than ever, my mind is in peace.
