It was a good practice.
Wake up at 4.30 am, start meditation at 5.00 am
(still not good with meditation but getting better) then practice all vinyasa,
full and half, all Chakrasana, back bend on my own using the wall. My body is
stronger, no pain, more space.
Tomorrow is the last practice with John Scott. My challenge will start
after it, will I be able to continue a regular practice, daily, every
morning….. I realize that the best is to
wake up early.
Will see if I can hold on to it.
