Slowly reintroduce the backward vinyasa, manageable, happy about it.
Did not forgot any asana, manage all vinyasa, practice took about 3 hours…….

John introduce me to the “new “ Shirshana with the head not touching the floor……


Could  not walk after it, stairs to  room are too many, too high….. starving… tired... No stamina :-(
