Spent the previous day at the beach, swimming, relaxing, felling so
great in the morning.
Good practice, hamstrings are back to normal, now I am bending so much
forward.
Doing all drop back (still with assistance), try to lift myself into a
hand stand from Kakasana (with assistance) did not work, too weak…… heavy
buttock…. I think I have gained weight.
And forgot to do all vinyasa……. (but manage to do half of them).
