First day of Ashtanga
Yoga Practice with John Scott – Goa, India
I’ve been told to
bring my hands forward on Uttanasana during the Sun Salutation. I always put my
hands on each side of my feet.
I’ve been told to
shift the body weight forward, flat hands before jumping in Chaturanga.
I still don’t “fly”
while jumping back, feel very heavy.
Practice was great, I
push myself and did all backward vinyasa.
My ego was very much
on the mat with me.
