Ubud is hotter than Mysore which was great for the sweat this morning. I did a normal practice, I stopped at Supta Kurmasana then backbending and closing series. This afternoon I will try a Vinyasa Class in Ubud I still don't know where but I will find. In any case I can still practice in my room as I do miss my little sequence for my backbending.
I am also changing my food habit. Will go completely vegan for the all month, will see if it changes something to my metabolism.
Nothing special after all. But it was a good practice ;-)
